Notes and Conditions of Booking 2010 – Link to Booking Form

Times and Prices
Week starts from 3 p.m. on Saturday and finishes at 10 a.m. on Saturday. Entry before 3 p.m. on the day of arrival will NOT be possible and departure must be by 10 a.m. latest. The prices for 2010 are £750 per week (26th June to 4th September, Christmas and New Year and Easter) and £500 per week – All other times and includes crockery, cutlery, linen and towels.

Period
Minimum booking period is one week.

How to make a booking
A payment of 50% of the total rental will secure the booking. A fully completed booking form must accompany your deposit. Click here to open Booking Form. Bookings may not be assigned. A letter of confirmation will be sent to you within 14 days which should be checked and queried if not in order; this then effects the agreement between us and which includes the full acceptance of these notes and conditions of booking. The balance plus £75 deposit against damages, electricity and oil consumed, must be paid not later than four weeks before the booking is to commence. On completion of the occupancy, if there are no damages, this deposit, less the cost of oil and electricity, will be refunded within 21 days.

Cancellations
Any cancellation or failure to pay the total due (see above) will result in the loss of your 50% rental deposit, unless the property can be relet.

The cottage will be cleaned and ready for occupation by 3.00p.m.. It is requested that it is left in similar condition. Failure to do so may result in the loss or reduction of your 50% deposit if it is deemed necessary to make good loss or repair or to undertake additional cleaning. The electricity and oil meters will be read before your arrival and on your departure. Cost will be as per the Oil company and Hydro Electric’s own charges.
